Mac runs CEOCOACH.NET, a general management consultancy  with expertise in early stage venture, strategy, communications, marketing, sales, entertainment and crisis communications. He is a serial entrepreneur & his coaching includes 400+ CEOs and the IPO road show for Live Person. He has been a partner at the VC firm RRE Ventures, a global partner at Accenture, an EVP of Showtime Networks, the CMO of WorldSpace and strategist for xM satellite radio’s creation, also COO of Unplugged Games the first wireless games company in North America and a veteran of two presidential campaigns.  

Mac is a Senior Fellow at the Annenberg Center for the Digital Future at Southern Cal and serves on the board of InSITE, the entrepreneurial mentorship program at Columbia and NYU Business and Law schools. He has an MBA from Colorado, an MA in Speech from Auburn, and a BA from Maryland, where he currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences.
