Roostam combines technological expertise in enterprise SW companies with experience in turning early-stage technological startups into successful businesses.
 
Currently Roostam is a part of investment team at JVP, focusing on early-stage technological startups. Previously Roostam served as a consultant to startups in the field of business development and fundraising and was involved in various business development efforts of companies like T-Mobile and Carmel Ventures, helping them shape and execute their business strategies through investment and M&A with technological startups.
 
Roostam acquired his experience in the enterprise SW world through a variety of leading technological positions, including Program Manager at Microsoft, Researcher at IBM and Software Team Leader at EZChip, as well as while serving as independent consultant in the field of complex Software projects for companies like Microsoft.
